A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a K-12 school located in Fort Benning, GA. This contract role spans the current school year, with an immediate start date through May 21st, 2026. The position offers the opportunity to provide essential speech therapy services across multiple schools within the district.
Responsibilities include delivering direct, individualized speech-language therapy to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. The caseload is expected to range between 35 and 40 students, tailored to district needs, and the clinician may have supervisory responsibilities over a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Active Georgia License for Speech-Language Pathology
- Georgia Professional Standards Commission Educator Certification
- Experience providing therapy services to school-aged children, K-12
- Ability to manage a caseload across multiple school sites
- Skills in overseeing and mentoring SLPA or SLP-CFY-level professionals
